How much will shipping cost within Australia?

OliverThomas.com.au use Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies to ship our orders around Australia.

We offer Flat Rate Shipping of

$9.95 for orders up to $149.99 and

FREE SHIPPING for orders $150 and over to Australian addresses.

Do you ship internationally?   

Absolutely! International shipping rates for countries outside of Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, UK & Ireland are quoted on request. Click Here

Shipping Rates are calculated on weight at the checkout and are as follows -

US & Canada - From $24 including tracking

New Zealand - From $15 including tracking

UK & Ireland - From $26 including tracking

What payment methods do you accept?

OliverThomas.com.au accepts all major Credit, Mastercard Debit and Visa Debit cards through our secure online payment gateway eWay, using the latest SSL encrypted security software technology available.

We also accept Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer) and PayPal payments.

All payments are charged/made in Australian Dollars

Do you offer Afterpay or ZipPay?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to provide the Afterpay & ZipPay payment options, as it is not compatible with our site.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed on business days (excluding NSW public holidays). We aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs after payment has been processed. Australian orders will take between 2-7 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location. Please allow extra time for remote locations.

Our goal is to have your order reach your hands as quickly as possible, however, we cannot be held accountable for delays once your order has been dispatched from our premises.

If the item you have ordered is on 'Pre-Order', please see the product description for estimated arrival date of stock.

Please note: The Win Green range, Solvej Swings, Teamson Kids, Olivia's Little World and Happy As Larry Designs rugs are sent directly from the supplier. Although orders are normally delivered within 7 business days, we ask that you allow extra time for delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes for these orders.

How do I know if my order has been received or dispatched?

Our system is set up to automatically send you an email at every stage of the order process. If you have not received any notifications, please check your junk email box in case they have gone there. Failing that, please contact us with any queries - orders@oliverthomas.com.au

Can I track my order?

Yes, all of our orders are tracked. You will be emailed a tracking/consignment number once your order has been dispatched. 

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We fully understand that buying online is not the same as buying instore. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or furthur assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full (excluding postage). 

Please note: Clothing will only be refunded or exchanged if it is returned in original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.

What do I do if my goods arrive and they are faulty?

In the unlikely event that an item you've ordered arrives and it has a fault, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange for the faulty item to be replaced or in the case we are unable to replace the item, a refund will be made in full.

What currency do you use?

All products are listed in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST. Duties and Taxes outside of Australia, are the responsibility of the customer.

How long do I have to use my Gift Certificate?

At OliverThomas.com.au we believe that you should be able to use your Gift Certificate without the pressure of a timeframe. OliverThomas.com.au Gift Certificates have NO EXPIRY DATE.

What can I do if the product I want is out of stock?

If a product you like is out of stock, be assured that we have more on the way. If we are unable to order more stock within a reasonable time, we will take the product offline.

How can I subscribe to the Oliver Thomas Newsletter?

It is very easy and there are many benefits including competitions, special offers and exclusive discounts. Firstly you need to enter your email address into the subscription box at the bottom right of the homepage, then click the 'Subscribe' button. You will then be prompted to click the confirmation link sent to your email address. (Please check it hasn't gone to your junk/spam folder) After confirming your susbcription, you will receive your 10% discount code shortly after, in a confirmation email.

How do I care for my Win Green Playhouse?

Win Green recommend that your playhouse be “sponge cleaned” using warm soapy water and not machine washed. Machine washing will cause shrinkage due to the large amount of stitching used in the embroidery.

How do I care for my Happy As Larry Designs Rug?

Your rug will benefit from regular vacuuming and a shake to remove dust particles. You may notice some fine dust particles under your rug, this is soap silt from the felting process and will soon dissipate.

Your rug should not be used in wet areas. If you happen to spill liquid we suggest you tap off the liquid as quickly as possible. Then using a damp cloth mop up any excess fluid in a dabbing motion. Soapy water can be used. Do not soak the balls or rub violently but continue to dab the balls until the stain is soaked up.

It is almost always best to engage the services of a professional carpet & upholstery cleaning company if the stain is stubborn or needs a thorough clean. To get a really expert job done entrust the work to a carpet cleaning company.

As with all handmade rugs it is not 100% colourfast. Tell your cleaner to use low water pressure and to clean on a non-porous surface in case of any colour leakage.
